Privacy Policy

GamingPay collects only what it needs to run the service: account details (email, username, display name), donation records (donor name, message, amount, payment method), and KYC information required to verify creators before payouts.

Payments. JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are processed by RapidGateway. The donor approves each charge with their MPIN in their own app; GamingPay never sees or stores a wallet PIN.

Donor messages. Names and messages attached to donations are shown publicly on the creator's stream and dashboard — don't include anything you wouldn't want on a live broadcast.

Fraud signals. When a payment is made we record a one-way hash of the sender's IP address — never the address itself — together with an advisory risk score and, where the payment method makes it certain, the country. This is used to flag suspicious payments to creators and to answer chargebacks.

Challenge emails. If a supporter gives an email address when funding a challenge, it is stored against that challenge and used only to tell them the outcome.

Sharing. We share data only with payment processors, when required by law, or to prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
