Terms of Service

GamingPay provides donation pages, on-stream alerts, and payout services for content creators in Pakistan. By creating an account or sending a donation you agree to these terms.

Fees. GamingPay charges a flat 10% platform fee on each successful payment. There are no monthly, setup, or payout fees.

Donations. Donations are voluntary payments to creators and are non-refundable once the alert has been delivered on stream, except where required by law or by the payment network's rules.

Creators & payouts. Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving payouts. Payout requests are reviewed by hand before release, with a minimum payout of Rs 1,000.

Challenges & escrow. A challenge is a payment with a condition attached. The money is held and does not enter the creator's balance until the challenge is resolved. If the creator declines, or does not respond within the response window, the amount is owed back to the supporter.

Content. Creators are responsible for the content of their streams and may moderate donation messages. GamingPay may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
